**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with diverse teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver insightful solutions.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven leadership experience with a team of 15 members.
- Deep expertise in Java, Agile methodologies, and architectural principles.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), NoSQL, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Strong understanding of monitoring systems and observability.
