Key Responsibilities
Design and iterate on next-gen AI agents for workflow automation, reasoning, and decision-making at scale
Develop distributed systems, evaluation pipelines, and data capture workflows for agent reliability and scalability
Collaborate with customers to prototype agents, data pipelines, and eval harnesses for real-world use cases
Translate customer insights into technical requirements for model alignment, reward shaping, and post-training
Implement novel RL and post-training methods (e.g., RLHF, RLVR) to align models with domain-specific tasks
Build evaluation harnesses and verifiers to measure reasoning, robustness, and agentic behavior
Architect and maintain distributed training/inference pipelines with observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
