Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall product vision, strategy, and execution across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, aligning product initiatives with business objectives, and guiding the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from discovery through launch and optimization. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Extensive leadership experience in product management or product strategy, including executive-level responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success leading product organizations and launching scalable products.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies, Agile practices, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
