Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
  • At least 1 year of experience in tech support
  • Interest in Networking and Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Experience with VoIP is advantageous
  • Customer-focused and proactive team player
  • Knowledge of Route and Switch is a plus
  • Background in telecommunications or relevant education is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle support requests
  • Analyze system logs
  • Perform remote troubleshooting
  • Consistently meet client KPIs
  • Contribute to the improvement of the existing client Knowledge Database
  • Provide high-level technical guidance and problem-solving assistance
