Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on organizational design, key hiring decisions, talent management and people-related matters
Implement organizational design across functions in close partnership with each functional leader
Design and run performance management, calibration, and feedback cycles
Operationalize ARIVE's compensation framework
Manage health, retirement, PTO, and employee wellness programs
Build and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, job titles and descriptions, mandatory state trainings, and compliance controls
Oversee employee records, contracts, and the full employee lifecycle
Elevate ARIVE's employer brand across the tech ecosystem and our key talent markets
Lead the US recruiting team on new hires and provide oversight and alignment for India hiring with India HR leadership
Design new-hire onboarding and employee development programs
Create career pathing, internal mobility, and development frameworks
Champion recognition, celebration, and internal communication programs
Partner with the CEO and functional leaders to bring AI-forward thinking to workforce strategy

  • Location: San Ramon, CA (Hybrid; 2-3 days per week in office)
  • Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + up to 20% bonus
