For a 45 working days contract in Luxembourg, we are looking for an UX/UI designer experienced in the design and implementation of graphical user interfaces presenting rich and complex information.
Tasks
Propose the UX strategy and agree with the PMT (Project Management Team).
Interact with the PMT and take into account the input of the PMT and of the testers.
Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, behaviors, and pain points. Gather data through methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics. Create user personas based on the research findings to represent different user groups and their characteristics.
Develop the information architecture, including site maps and navigation structures, to ensure logical and intuitive user journeys.
Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of the design and gather insights for improvements.
Make concrete proposals for the graphical user interface using the Angular and HTML/CSS/Javascript components used for these applications or designing new ones if needed.
Embrace an iterative design process, continuously refining and improving designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Integrate accessibility principles into the design process to ensure inclusivity for users with diverse needs.
Integrate responsive design principles into the design process.
Interact with the business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, the developers and infrastructure teams.
Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX design including user research, persona development, information architecture UI design, usability testing, accessibility design and responsive design.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the development of graphical user interfaces of IT applications.
JavaScript: proven experience as a JavaScript front end developer of eUI and Angular.js applications (or React.js or Vue.js).
Proven experience with Figma, Adobe suite or similar design environments
Knowledge of Git / Bitbucket.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field
2+ years' of experience in design
Fluent in English and average French (B1)
You need to be legally authorized to work in Luxembourg as we won't provide work permit or relocation package.
