Talent Acquisition Specialist in VIETNAM

About the Role

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. You will leverage your deep understanding of the IT industry, strong sourcing capabilities, and collaborative spirit to build high-performing teams that propel our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
• Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for diverse IT positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Facilitate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Implement creative employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
• Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and emerging technologies to identify the most sought-after skills.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our overall talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proven sourcing and networking abilities.
• A track record of building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
