Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 Annually + Equity

Job Description:
As a Founding Product Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and driving the product strategy and development from the ground up. This role is perfect for a dynamic, growth-oriented individual who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about building products that empower digital creators and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation, prototyping, testing, launch, to scaling.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure product success.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance product growth, user retention, and activation.
• Champion the voice of the user within the organization, leveraging insights to drive product enhancements.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that aligns with business goals.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Demonstrable track record of initiating and leading projects that have significantly impacted growth, retention, or activation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conceptualizing and articulating complex product ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a first-principles thinking approach.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant product management experience, with a preference for candidates who exhibit an exceptional track record over longevity.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Experience working in a startup environment, ideally within a small team (1-20 people).
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
