Responsibilities:
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain user interface components using React.js workflows.
Provide vision, design, and development that aligns with cutting-edge web technologies for interactive applications.
Create reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translate designs into high-quality code with HTML5, CSS3, and WebSocket.
Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
Integrate APIs with RESTful services.
Collaborate closely with the design and API teams to enhance overall UI/UX experiences.
Actively participate in all aspects of the software development process.
Work with software engineers, business analysts, and architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using Java technologies.
Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support.
Offer maintenance support by addressing reported issues during and after working hours, when necessary.
Understand interdependencies of services (application, system, and database) to accurately identify problem areas for improved efficiency.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and document rationale for team sharing.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Chinese for business communication.
Experience in developing web applications, Web Forms, and Enterprise Workflows.
2+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and programming with knowledge of the following technologies:
JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and modern ECMAScript features).
React.js and its core principles; familiarity with other frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
Basic data structures and algorithms.
RESTful APIs.
Modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Code versioning tools such as Git.
HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
Strong focus on benchmarking and optimization.
Good to Have:
Experience with WebSocket.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Understanding of type-safe JavaScript or TypeScript.
Thorough understanding of Vue.js and its core principles.
