We’re hiring an experienced Backend Engineer (Golang/Go) to join our high-velocity Growth Squad.
You’ll work closely with a frontend engineer and global teams across the U.S. and Europe to rapidly build, launch, measure, and optimize production experiments that drive activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship backend experiments in Go/Golang at high velocity.
- Develop and integrate REST and gRPC APIs.
- Work confidently within an existing Go codebase, including billing and credit systems.
- Build scalable services using event-driven architecture.
- Instrument features and analyze results to measure business impact.
- Turn successful experiments into clean, tested, production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and distributed teams across the U.S. and Europe.

- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong professional experience with Go/Golang.
- Hands-on experience building REST and gRPC APIs.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and backend systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Comfortable working in an existing production codebase and making safe, targeted changes.
- Strong testing, debugging, observability, and performance mindset.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
