Would you like to start an exciting career in Media and Advertising with the UKs Largest Publisher,

Reach Plc are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to provide support to one of our key sales functions.

The successful candidate will play a key administrative role in supporting the team and provide an important link between the salesperson and rest of the internal stakeholders.

You will become an integral member of the team and enable the sales operation to achieve maximum revenue streams, processing the sales and ad bookings administration of the business.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to the office. Minimum 4 times per year.

, Job Description

  • Accurately record information on the in-house booking system, once bookings made by the team, to be easily accessed.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the management team where required
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
