About The Role


In a dynamic environment where monotony has no place, you'll test, learn, and grow like never before. As the Marketing Manager at AppAgent, your core objective will be to attract top-tier mobile publishers and gaming studios. You will learn a lot by working closely with our CEO, Peter, a veteran in mobile marketing and might become a leader of the New Business department in 3-6 months.

Your tasks in a nutshell:

  • Devise and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research and marketing analysis, and identify growth opportunities to drive AppAgent's success.
  • Own the public presence by updating our website, creating PR strategies, securing content partnerships, and overseeing content production.
  • Harness the power of popular CRMs, marketing automations, AI, and outreach tools to achieve higher efficiency and higher quality of marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager, as well as the Growth and Creative teams.


About You


This role is vital to our agency's growth, and we're seeking someone who is:

  • Business savvy with a proven track record in B2B marketing.
  • Performance-oriented, and able to prioritize and set goals accordingly.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, such as Pipedrive or Hubspot.
  • An excellent communicator (in English).
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • A curious person with high aspirations to succeed.
