Job Description


Although remote, this role requires relocation to the Canary Islands (sponsored).


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scaled Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in building and executing a scalable customer success strategy that supports a growing customer base. You will focus on engaging with customers through technology-driven methods, implementing automation, and leveraging data analytics to ensure customer satisfaction and success. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success and will be crucial in improving product usage and retention in our SMB client segment.


Although remote, this role requires relocation to the Canary Islands (sponsored).


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a scalable approach to customer engagement, ensuring consistent communication and value delivery across a large volume of customers.
  • Build processes to maintain customer health at scale, using internal dashboards and metrics to identify and respond to risks or opportunities within your book of business (500 to 1000 accounts).
  • Design and manage self-service onboarding and training programs to help customers quickly and effectively use our products.
  • Utilize digital channels (email, webinars, in-app messaging, etc.) to communicate with customers, providing timely updates, support, and educational content.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure alignment and support for customer success initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality educational content with minimal supervision, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse customer segments.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Education, Growth or a related role, in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven history of increasing adoption and retention within a SaaS organization.
  • Experience in managing a large volume of accounts.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing scalable customer education programs.
  • Familiarity with Intercom, HubSpot, webinar tools(e.g Zoom webinars).
  • Strong analytical skills to track program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English speaker. Spanish Language is a strong plus
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
