Role Description
- Experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for visual design, focused on improving the look, feel, and usability of web platforms and digital experiences
- Designs modern, polished user interfaces for websites, web applications, and internal platforms
- Creates wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Improves existing interfaces by identifying opportunities to simplify layouts, navigation, and overall user experience
- Applies brand guidelines consistently across colors, typography, imagery, components, and layouts
- Creates and maintains reusable UI components and design systems to keep experiences consistent across platforms
- Designs responsive experiences that work well across different screen sizes
- Collaborates with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, production-ready designs
- Reviews implemented designs and helps ensure the final experience matches the intended design and quality
- Proficiency in Canva is also preferred.

Summary
