The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Architect to join our team and work closely with our Director of Architecture. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the technical trajectory of our projects, ensuring that our solutions are secure, scalable, and at the forefront of innovation.
You will be responsible for designing and evaluating complex blockchain systems, overcoming technical hurdles, and leading our development teams in implementing best practices. Your insights will help drive the continuous enhancement of our systems, while your expertise in the latest blockchain technologies will be crucial to advancing our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design blockchain solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- Evaluate current system architectures and collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring our systems remain secure, decentralized, and scalable.
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies and recommend necessary changes.
- Communicate technical challenges and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide insights on the business impact of technical decisions, including product development processes and budgeting.
What You’ll Need Technical Proficiency:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the blockchain industry, with a strong focus on architectural roles.
- Advanced skills in Solidity, with at least 3 years of practical experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Bitcoin scripting and hands-on experience in developing decentralized applications (dApps).
- Proficiency in web3, JavaScript, and TypeScript is a plus.
- Deep understanding of cryptography and best practices for blockchain security.
- Experience with various consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS, DPoS) and blockchain interoperability protocols.-
- Proven experience in smart contract development, auditing, and review processes.
