You will lead art direction and design, ensuring a cohesive brand identity and exceptional user experience across all digital and physical touchpoints.
Your primary responsibility is to holistically manage the brand identity and design system, taking ownership of the user experience for the online store and digital touchpoints. You will develop and maintain brand and design guidelines, create email templates, landing pages, and ad templates, and oversee graphic design executions for packaging and retail. By leading the art direction and design efforts, you ensure all visual elements align with the brand's identity and strategic goals.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team. This role is a blend of art direction, visual design, and UI design, ensuring a cohesive brand identity and superior user experience across all our touch points. You will be responsible for overseeing the holistic design system, maintaining brand guidelines, and ensuring high-quality graphic design execution for both digital and physical products.
✅ Art Direction & Design: Lead the art direction and design initiatives, ensuring all visual elements align with the brand’s identity and strategic goals.
✅ Brand Identity & Design System: Develop and maintain a holistic overview of the brand identity and design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
✅ User Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the user experience for the online store and digital touchpoints, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience for users.
✅✅ Brand Guidelines Maintenance: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive brand and design guidelines to ensure consistency in visual elements and messaging.
✅ Digital Design Assets: Design and develop email templates, landing pages, online shop elements, and ad templates that align with brand standards and drive engagement.
✅ Graphic Design Oversight: Oversee graphic design executions for packaging and retail, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned visual outcomes.
✅ Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content teams, to ensure cohesive and strategic design implementations.
🌟 Proven experience in art direction, visual design, and UI design, ideally in a senior or lead role.
🌟 Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create cohesive and compelling brand identities and user experiences.
🌟 Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
🌟 Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
🌟 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
🌟 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
🌟 Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high design standards.
🌟 Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing design.
🌟 Strong understanding of performance marketing and its impact on design.
