Location: San Francisco, onsite
Compensation: $150K–$275K + equity

The Role
They’re hiring backend-leaning Full Stack Engineers to build core product experiences across the platform.
You’ll work directly with customers building production AI agents, understand where their systems are failing, and own solutions from problem definition through production.
Work will include:
- Agent debugging and investigation interfaces
- Evaluation, verification, and replay workflows
- APIs, backend services, and data models
- Workspaces, permissions, billing, and usage systems
- SDKs, CLIs, and developer tooling
- AI-powered systems for investigating agent failures
- The role is primarily full-stack product engineering with a strong backend emphasis.

What They’re Looking For
- 0–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar
- Full-stack experience with React or Next.js
- Shipped meaningful products or features end-to-end
- Strong API and data-modeling fundamentals
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments
- AI agents, LLMs, evals, observability, or developer tooling is a strong plus
