  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for product improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing. As part of JOIN’s Berlin hub, you’ll work at the centre of our European product development efforts, shaping features used by thousands of customers.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply, we’d love to talk:

✔ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✔ 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or technology products.

✔ Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritise effectively.

✔ Proficiency in tools like Google BigQuery, Amplitude, JIRA, or equivalent.

✔ Familiarity with product development frameworks (Agile, Scrum).

✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

✔ Ability to understand and define technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

✔ Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to create impactful products.

This role might not be ideal if:

  • You prefer a highly structured environment.

  • You want a fully remote position.

  • You’re not excited about ownership and growth.
