Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications across multiple functions.
- Partner with business & technology leads globally to deliver an E2E solution.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent Business analysis skills
- Apt in understanding the business requirements and documenting them
- Report back to business stakeholder with options
- Liaise with teams to coordinate and progress the deliverables
- Constant engagement with stakeholders and related teams.
- Excellent understanding of data management; experience working with data quality rules, issues, and measurement.
- Experience in understanding and preparing business process docs, front-to-back data flows, etc.
- Strong Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data along with strong documentation skills
Requirements:
Looking for a BA with Capital Markets experience, Derivatives, Swaps, Options, FIX, FI, FX, multiple asset classes knowledge, strong understanding of data elements, data analysis, worked in an environment to liaise with business and development teams, good in documentation. Someone with FRTB or Market Risk background is highly preferred.
