Position Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Company Overview: We are an established immigration consulting firm with a 24-years of experience, legally representing clients before the Canadian government both federally and provincially. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive client acquisition, enhance our brand visibility, and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Leverage digital channels (social media, email marketing, online ads) to attract potential clients.
- Highlight our firm's 24 years of experience and success stories to engage prospects.
2. Consultations:
- Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs and present tailored service offerings.
- Use persuasive communication to convert consultations into new clients.
3. Follow-Up:
- Utilize CRM tools for timely and effective follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
4. Sales Targets:
- Develop and implement strategic and innovative techniques to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Continuously assess and refine sales approaches to optimize results.
5. Reporting:
- Create detailed sales reports using advanced analytics.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and management team.
6. Contract Management:
- Efficiently manage digital contracts, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and legal teams to streamline the contract signing process.
Marketing Duties:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that emphasize our 24 years of experience.
- Align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives of the firm.
2. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content, including blogs, social media updates, videos, and newsletters.
- Highlight our firm's history, success stories, and client testimonials.
3. Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research using modern tools to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
4. SEO and SEM:
- Apply advanced SEO and SEM strategies to maximize the firm’s online visibility.
- Monitor and optimize website traffic and search engine rankings.
5. Event Coordination:
- Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and workshops.
- Showcase our 24-year track record and expertise in immigration consulting.
6. Brand Management:
- Ensure a cohesive and contemporary brand image across all marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency in visual and verbal communication.
7. Campaign Performance:
- Utilize real-time analytics to monitor and optimize marketing campaign performance.
- Continuously promote our brand and extensive experience to a broad audience.
Additional Duties:
1. Public Relations:
- Conduct PR initiatives to enhance our firm's reputation.
- Engage with media and participate in community involvement activities to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in international marketing, preferably within the immigration or legal services industry.
- Demonstrated achievements in revenue and profit growth.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market with specific knowledge of local business dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in using technology tools and information management software.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
