Responsibilities
- Defining & documenting user experience needs and create product documentation and user stories
- Software product delivery (end-user training, sales demonstrations, etc .)
- Manage/ Create Backlog
- Create PBIs/bugs in Azure (TFS).
- Design ADA Compliance
- Product Representative for SOC Audit

- 5+ years of relevant experience / open to equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent understanding of AML operations and software usage in financial institutions.
- Excellent understanding of AML requirements in relation to Fraud, SAR filing, CTR filing, and case management.
- Tools: Outlook, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project 365, Copilot, Basic SQL and relational DB understanding.
