Motion Designer in UKRAINE

Hi there from Flatstudio! We are looking for a Motion designer to join our team in Lisbon or remotely.

The Role

• Create animated content based on provided concepts, scenario and briefs;
• Animate simple characters, logos and icons based on provided illustrations;
• Finalize/correct illustrations for the animations.

Requirements

Must-haves

• Expert fluency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
• Accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process;
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism;
• At least one of the following languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Portuguese;
• 3D motion experience is a plus;
• Mandatory: portfolio featuring projects/pieces which showcase proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

• Intermediate or advanced English (B1-C1);
• Experience with Jira and Slack.

Working Conditions

• Full-time and a schedule based on your/our timezones;
• 3 months of probation;
• Salary based on interview results and extras based on performance;
• Paid vacation (22 business days + holidays);
• A cosy office in Lisbon, Parque Das Nacoes area with tea, coffee and a little bit of philosophical talks during the breaks (we are also okay with you working remotely full-time);
• For office employees: employment contract, advanced medical care (Advancecare).
• Help with relocation process after 18 months of work:
• Documents (official job contract + assistance with getting NIF and NISS);
• Flight cost covered (one way).
