About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging promotional videos, animated advertisements, short-form social media videos, and a variety of motion graphics for Coalition Technologies and our clients. Your work will involve producing visually compelling content that aligns with brand strategies and marketing goals across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, PPC specialists, and digital producers to develop innovative visual content that enhances our clients' digital presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in video editing, storytelling, animation, and social media content creation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to produce short-form promotional videos from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Own camera, lighting, and editing space for independent video shoots
• Ability to record narrations and voice-overs
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Reliable workstation with a fast computer suitable for video editing
• Reliable internet connection, microphone, and speakers
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Responsibilities

• Create promotional videos, animated banners, and short-form videos for various digital platforms
• Develop text animations, logo animations, character animations, and other motion graphics for videos, websites, and emails
• Follow creative briefs and collaborate with clients and team members to ensure alignment with project goals
• Develop video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards as needed
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present ideas
• Work with digital producers to plan and strategize video and animation projects that meet client objectives
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to establish a cohesive creative vision
• Balance visual appeal with performance metrics for advertising and social media campaigns
• Encode videos in required formats and upload to media platforms or other distribution channels
• Stay updated with the latest trends in storytelling, motion graphics, and social media content creation
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards and company methodologies
