This is an opportunity for a Head of Hardware to join our fast-growing Semiconductor client based in Delft.
As a successful scale-up, our client has achieved an astonishing breakthrough in wireless technology and is now ready to unleash their product to the global markets, specifically in the areas of IoT wearables, asset tracking and smart watches. The Head of Hardware will manage the Digital IC, Analog IC, FPGA and system teams, defining the technological road map and coordinating development activities.
The right candidate for the role of Head of Hardware will have an extensive background within digital IC design and people leadership, with the ability to be hands-on from time to time. Experience working within the wireless domain, as well as prior experience leading mixed-signal teams would be an additional benefit.
