Responsibilities:
- Work to build and maintain a variety of software applications, tools, or functions for the business
- Compile business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development
- Maintain documentation for code, processes, and systems
- Support QA testing and implement fixes for exceptions
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Ensure security and data protection compliance across applications

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Appian or full stack development
- Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Hands-on development experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Knowledge of SQL programming and ability to write and simplify complex queries, improve query performance, etc
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
