As the People Operations & Talent Growth Manager at Adfix, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's growth and culture. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining a thriving team in a dynamic, non-corporate environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting and hiring top talent to ensuring their continuous development and satisfaction within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Post job openings, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage test assignments and reference checks.

Onboarding: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans, ensuring new hires are fully integrated and set up for success.

Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to analyze ongoing and upcoming projects, anticipate skill gaps, and forecast future talent needs.

Performance Assessment Support: Assist in conducting regular performance reviews and talent assessments, providing insights and recommendations for employee growth.

Compensation & Benefits Management: Maintain an overview of compensation structures, calculate bonuses, and ensure competitive and fair salaries.

Employee Relations & Culture Building: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and support initiatives that enhance company culture and engagement.

A Typical Day Might Include:

Posting new job opportunities and actively sourcing candidates.

Conducting culture-fit interviews and scheduling further assessments with department heads.

Conducting onboarding for new hires.

Analyzing current project requirements and discussing potential skill gaps with team leads.

Preparing performance review templates and assisting managers in conducting evaluations.

Reviewing and updating the company's compensation overview and planning for upcoming bonus cycles.

Hosting a team-building activity or workshop to strengthen the company culture.

Requirements

Soft Skills:

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Capable of understanding and addressing employee needs, fostering a supportive work environment.

Strategic Thinking: Proactive in aligning HR strategies with business goals and anticipating future needs.

Organizational and Time Management: Skilled in juggling multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Adept at identifying issues, developing solutions, and making decisions efficiently.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Leadership and Influence: Able to lead initiatives and guide others, even without formal authority.

Specific Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years in HR, talent management, or people operations, preferably within a marketing agency or a fast-growing startup environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS), and strong data analysis capabilities.

Project Management: Experience in managing HR projects and collaborating across departments.
