About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Mobile App Techno-Functional Lead to lead strategic initiatives for customer-facing mobile application. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving architecture, solution design, and business transformation across omnichannel and in-store digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will bridge business and engineering teams, providing technical leadership while translating business requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the roadmap for omnichannel and in-store mobile experiences.
- Drive features including:
- In-store mode vs. online mode
- Store-specific pricing
- Inventory visibility
- Product location
- Personalized promotions
- Digital wallet
- In-store coupons
- Contextual notifications
- Scan-and-buy capabilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, PMO, and business stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor offshore mobile development teams.
- Review architecture, code quality, pull requests, and technical decisions.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Influence architecture direction and delivery strategy.

Required Experience
- 10–15+ years of Mobile Application Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with both iOS and Android.
- Extensive Ecommerce & Omnichannel experience.
- Mobile App Architecture & Solution Design.
- API Integration and platform capabilities.
- Experience leading enterprise mobile initiatives.
- Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, and business teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing offshore development teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
