The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Artwork Production Manager to lead artwork development, production workflows, creative operations, and quality management initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee artwork production processes, design coordination, technical execution, brand consistency, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement artwork production strategies, workflows, quality standards, and operational frameworks aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end artwork production processes including briefing, design adaptation, artwork preparation, proofing, approvals, production release, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative Design, Brand Management, Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, Sales, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operations, Vendors, and Executive Leadership to deliver effective artwork solutions.
- Manage artwork pipelines, production schedules, resource allocation, project priorities, and delivery timelines across multiple campaigns and product portfolios.
- Oversee packaging artwork, promotional materials, digital assets, retail graphics, marketing collateral, product labels, and brand communication materials.
- Ensure artwork accuracy including dimensions, specifications, color standards, typography, regulatory information, localization requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve artwork production issues and improve efficiency.
- Establish artwork review processes, approval workflows, version control procedures, file management standards, and production documentation.
- Manage creative asset libraries, digital asset management (DAM) systems, templates, brand guidelines, and production archives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including artwork turnaround time, approval cycle time, production accuracy, revision rates, project completion rates, vendor performance, and quality compliance.
- Conduct production audits, workflow assessments, process optimization reviews, benchmarking studies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, packaging regulations, advertising requirements, intellectual property guidelines, accessibility standards, and organizational quality policies.
- Manage artwork production budgets, external agencies, creative vendors, printing partners, software platforms, and production resources.
- Drive digital transformation through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered creative workflows, automated artwork checking, digital asset optimization, workflow automation, content intelligence, and business intelligence solutions.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Bynder, Workfront, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, project management platforms, and digital asset management systems to optimize artwork operations.
- Prepare executive reports, production dashboards, artwork performance analyses, workflow reviews, project updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop artwork coordinators, production designers, creative specialists, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of creativity, accuracy, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, Creative Management, Media Production, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Design Management, Creative Leadership, Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
- Professional certifications in Graphic Design, Project Management Professional (PMP), Adobe Creative certifications, Digital Asset Management, Print Production, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in artwork production, creative operations, graphic design management, packaging production, marketing production, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing artwork production teams, creative workflows, external agencies, suppliers, or large-scale design production programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of artwork production processes, graphic design principles, packaging requirements, print production, digital media workflows, brand management, quality control, and creative operations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Bynder, Aprimo, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, DAM platforms, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, automated artwork validation, generative design technologies, digital content platforms, workflow automation, and advanced creative analytics is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, analytical thinking, project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artwork production initiatives while balancing creative requirements, technical specifications, deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed creative teams, agencies, vendors, production partners, executives, and global stakeholders, with occasional travel for production reviews, vendor meetings, creative workshops, and project planning sessions as required.
