  • Exempt Renewal by Andersen of Oregon & Greater San Diego is looking for a hands-on Software Developer to help build and maintain the custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines that keep our sales, operations, and customer experience teams running smoothly. If you love building practical solutions in Quickbase, are comfortable architecting on Google Cloud, and enjoy owning a pipeline from code to production, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do


  • Design, build, and maintain custom Quickbase applications and automations that power our various teams.



  • Develop and deploy applications and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).



  • Build and maintain data pipelines connecting Quickbase, GCP, and other business systems like Salesforce.



  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments.



  • Integrate internal tools and third-party APIs (CRM, marketing, finance, and reporting systems).



  • Partner directly with business stakeholders, managers, team members and third party software development teams to turn real-world problems into scalable technical solutions. What You Bring



  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience.



  • Hands-on experience building and customizing Quickbase applications (tables, relationships, formulas, Pipelines/automations).



  • Experience developing on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, App Engine, or similar).



  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.



  • Proficiency in at least one modern language (JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or similar).



  • Strong understanding of relational databases, APIs, and data integration patterns.



  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working independently in a remote-first team. Nice to Have



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).



  • Quickbase or Google Cloud certifications.



  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or field services industries.



  • Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices. Location & Work Environment This is a fully remote position open only to candidates who currently reside in Oregon or California. You'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 – $120,000, based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. (Pay scale disclosed in accordance with California SB 1162.)
