This person will manage customer projects from order entry through production, delivery, and post-sale support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, and comfortable working closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage electrical manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, production, and purchasing.
- Review customer specifications, drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
- Support switchboard and panelboard design/drawing review.
- Identify scope gaps, technical issues, schedule risks, and change order opportunities.
- Communicate project updates clearly and proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate long-lead materials and major components.
- Track project timelines, RFIs, approvals, production releases, and delivery schedules.
- Support post-sale project needs and customer follow-up.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering degree may be considered with direct industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in switchboard, panelboard, or power distribution equipment manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, breakers, bus systems, and related equipment.
- Familiarity with UL standards such as UL891, UL1558, UL67, UL50, and UL50E.
- Experience in an engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- ERP experience and strong Excel skills.
