We're hiring across multiple levels, from ambitious early career engineers with 0-4 years of experience through to Senior, Principal, and Staff level professionals. Whether you're looking to accelerate your career or take ownership of large scale customer deployments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Details:

• Salary Range: Highly competitive and dependent on experience, from 120k - 280k with opportunities available from Junior through to Staff and Principal level. Comprehensive benefits, annual bonuses, equity, healthcare, retirement plans, and relocation support available depending on the organisation.
• Locations: On-site opportunities across Chicago, Washington DC, Arlington, Virginia, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco, and New York. Relocation is expected for candidates outside these locations, with flexibility to explore the location that best aligns with your interests. One of these firms requires 2x days on-site, the others are 5x at least for the first few weeks, then they can flex.

Key Experience and Skills Desired:

• Customer-Facing Engineering: Experience working closely with customers or internal stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Modern Software Engineering: Strong software engineering fundamentals with commercial experience across technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, Java, JavaScript, or Golang. Experience across cloud native architectures and distributed systems is highly desirable.
• AI and Emerging Technologies: Interest or experience working with modern AI tooling, large language models, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled software products. Exposure to GenAI frameworks and AI-powered applications is a significant advantage.
• Product Mindset: Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to product decisions, rapid prototyping, and iterative customer delivery.
• Problem Solving: Ability to tackle technically challenging problems, adapt quickly to new environments, and deliver practical solutions under real world conditions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to work directly alongside customers, senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Growth Mindset: Passion for continuous learning, ownership, and building innovative software in fast-moving, high-performing environments.
