Job Description
Build and customize Odoo modules for enterprise clients across the Gulf, typically in operations, finance, inventory, or HR. You work directly with the client's process owners during analysis, then ship production modules under our delivery contract.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Odoo development (v14 minimum, v15/16/17 a plus). Strong Python and PostgreSQL
- Built custom modules from scratch, not just configured existing ones
- Comfortable extending core Odoo models, Views in XML, and security rules
- Experience integrating Odoo with external systems: payment gateways, ZATCA e-invoicing, REST APIs
- Able to read a client's operational workflow and translate it into Odoo concepts without forcing the wrong abstraction
- Arabic fluency is a strong plus, as many of our Odoo clients run their ERP bilingually
