A Pacific Coast time zone based client is looking for an AI Engineer to develop and implement solutions to optimize their customer care center data processing and enhance chatbot capabilities using RAG models.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and testing AI models, designing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, and researching the latest in artificial intelligence techniques. What You'll Do:
As an AI Engineer with us, you’ll:
- Innovate: Design, develop, and implement AI models using advanced techniques like LLMs, NLP, and computer vision to create solutions such as text generation, call center insights, and more.
- Build: Develop and deploy RAG models, working with vector databases to create domain-specific chatbots that truly understand our customers' needs.
- Code: Write and integrate Python code with ML/AI frameworks like LangChain, Snowflake Cortex, and Azure AI Studio to bring your ideas to life.
- Design: Craft both high-level and detailed plans for AI and ML solutions, carefully selecting the right algorithms, data sources, and technologies to fit our unique goals.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and deliver AI solutions that make a tangible difference.
- Mentor: Guide and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and ensuring we all grow together.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest in AI technology, always looking for ways to enhance and upgrade our solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- At least 4 years in AI engineering or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, OpenAI, and Snowflake.
- Proficiency with Generative AI, deep learning, LLMs, and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- A proven track record of bringing AI projects from concept to production.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A creative and collaborative mindset, with experience in applying AI to real-world business problems.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Education:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
