About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will combine financial analysis, technical assessment, and customer data analysis to evaluate project feasibility and support business decision-making. You will work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Management teams to develop customer proposals and business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data and evaluate project feasibility.
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models.
- Perform techno-economic analyses for thermal energy storage projects.
- Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and customer presentations.
- Support business development and sales activities by providing analytical insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (no prior experience required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time according to Israel business hours, with flexibility to attend meetings during U.S. Pacific Time when required.
