Junior UI Developer

Olive Tree Consulting is adding a Junior UI Developer to our remote team. This role is central to a specific engagement we are leading for a prominent Spanish logistics firm. We are working with their leadership to simplify their internal coordination, and you will be responsible for building the digital interfaces that make these new management habits possible. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone early in their career who wants to see how software directly supports business operations.

You will work closely with our consultants to translate their organizational maps into functional, browser-based tools that the client team will use every day.

What You Will Do

• Write clean, readable HTML and CSS to build interface components.
• Translate low-fidelity wireframes and sketches into functional prototypes.
• Ensure that all interfaces are accessible and work consistently across different browsers.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to understand the specific management problems we are trying to solve.
• Document your code and the logic behind UI decisions so the client can maintain the tools in the future.
