Role Description
- Full-stack developer with 1-2+ years of hands-on experience building production web and mobile applications end-to-end
- Strong fluency in Next.js, React, and Node.js on the web side, with experience in React Native, Flutter, or native Swift/Kotlin on the mobile side
- Comfortable designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, working with relational and document databases, and deploying to cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Has shipped at least one mobile app to the App Store and Google Play, and understands the full lifecycle — authentication, offline state, push notifications, CI/CD, observability, performance tuning
- Experience integrating with enterprise data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI embedded, REST connectors to ERP/CRM systems) and modern AI tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI Foundry)
- Experience designing role-based, multi-tenant applications with PE-grade security and governance is a strong plus
- Sharp eye for UI/UX that feels native rather than templated
- Leads rather than waits to be led, ships quickly without sacrificing quality, learns new tools/domains fast, communicates clearly across technical and business audiences, and owns outcomes end-to-end
