ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Executive at Modyo will lead the entire process necessary to successfully close a deal from the contact transferred as SQL to Opportunity with the client, to the signing of the contract, obtaining the purchase order and transferring the project to the team in charge of its execution.


Responsibilities

  • Clearly outline the requirements, budget, need, time frame and decision making map to generate proposals that are in line with the conditions of the model defined by the service area and also allow Modyo to compete correctly.
  • Collaborate with partners in the commercial processes that they generate in coordination with the BL of Alliances.
  • Build proposals detailing our service model and our economic model, both for services and licensing for customers and customers of our partners.
  • Correctly manage the pipeline and forecast in the CRM and deliver accurate information regarding potential business closing dates and report in this system the actual status of the opportunities.
  • Support in prospect search and coordination of meetings with strategic contacts in each company that qualifies as a potential customer.
  • To comply with the necessary sales budget projection metrics per quarter and per year for the company.
  • Understand each customer contract and its customization and implementation. Follow the "contract closing" flow.
  • Maintain up to date CRM account and contact directory, detailing their hierarchy structure, documenting the periodic follow-up of customers contacted and to be contacted.
  • Maintain up to date the business opportunities discovered and their progress with prediction.
  • Keep your knowledge updated on trends and major issues affecting companies in our target industry, which are related to the scope of our solutions (Benchmark).
  • Maintain updated knowledge about our platform, from the perspective of what is possible to do on it and how it would solve the problems of potential customers (SWOT analysis).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of business/sales experience, preferably in Financial Services or Tech
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2)
