Their team has a strong background in machine learning and embedded systems, a mature core technology that they are continually improving upon, and an award-winning product based on it. They are developing the next iteration of this product and continually expanding their user base.
Purpose of the role
You will act as the vital bridge between their European headquarters and their Chinese manufacturing partners, ensuring the seamless integration of their Cry Translation technology into new devices.
This is a high-impact, autonomous role that combines embedded engineering, technical
consultancy, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
● Technical Integration & Hand-holding: Support partner development teams in person
at their offices or factories to guide them through the initial stages of embedding
our client's technology.
● Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve integration blockers (e.g.,
authentication issues, buffering problems, or audio transmission errors).
● Local Quality Assurance: Perform on-site testing and initial QA of new devices
● Bridge Communication: Translate complex technical requirements and feedback
between Mandarin and English, ensuring the global team understands local hardware
nuances and vice versa.
● Product Advocacy: Support technical kickoff meetings and demonstrations for partner
engineering teams or manufacturers to familiarize them with our technology.
● Autonomous Problem Solving: Act as the local technical expert, proactively identifying
potential issues before they become blockers.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: Mid-level career professional with a background in Embedded Software
Development or Technical QA.
