About The Role

We are seeking a talented iOS Engineer to join our dynamic development team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the native iOS experience of our recruitment platform, ensuring that our users enjoy a fast, reliable, and intuitive mobile application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, backend developers, and AI specialists, to translate ideas into high-quality, scalable features. Your primary focus will be on developing features that improve the candidate and employer experience, such as job search, application tracking, notifications, and real-time updates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth platform that impacts millions of users globally, particularly in the United States market.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in native iOS development, with a proven track record of shipping successful applications used by real users. Candidates should have proficiency in Swift, with a good understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architecture patterns such as async/await. A solid grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and a keen eye for detail in user experience are essential. Experience debugging production issues, optimizing app performance, and ensuring reliability is highly valued. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills in English are required, given our global team structure.
