Hiring a Recruiter in Austin, TX!

Job Description

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will serve as a strategic Recruiting Business Partner, driving recruitment efforts across technical roles. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from closing and offers through to on-boarding.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer process.
  • Provide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy.
  • Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processes.
  • Manage immigration cases and collaborate with internal immigration teams for timely visa sponsorship and transfers.
  • Oversee the offer process end-to-end, including approvals, generation, extension, and negotiation.
  • Handle pre-boarding questions and coordinate on-boarding logistics for incoming hires.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS and ensure data integrity across all requisitions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience with significant time spent in closing and offer operations.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of candidates simultaneously through closing, offer, and on-boarding stages.
  • Clear, professional, and proactive written and verbal communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated urgency and follow-through, ensuring fast turnaround on offers, questions, and escalations.

Work Environment

This role operates within a collaborative team culture, with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours a week. There are no overtime, weekend, or holiday schedules. The daily tasks are divided into meetings, heads-down work, and collaborative efforts with hiring managers and other teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $64.00/hr.
