IT Support Specialist

Role: IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality IT support to end users via in-person, phone, email, and electronic ticketing. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install, configure, and maintain various electronic devices including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment. Assist with network setup, updates, and patches, reset passwords, and offer user training on applications and hardware. Support equipment setup, relocation, and reconnectivity within office spaces.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and high-level knowledge of Windows OS; familiarity with server and Apple iOS preferred. U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background investigation required.
