At STX, we believe people are at the heart of our mission and success. As the Junior Learning & Development Specialist within the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization.
You will be the operational backbone behind our learning programs, ensuring that employees, facilitators, and stakeholders have an outstanding experience from enrollment through completion. Working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will coordinate learning initiatives, manage operational processes, support the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS), and continuously improve the learner experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and deliver learning programs by managing training schedules, registrations, logistics, communications, and learner support across global locations.
- Own LMS administration and data quality, including user management, enrollments, reporting, evaluations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for learners and stakeholders.
- Manage facilitator and session coordination, partnering with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external trainers to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Track participation, learning effectiveness, and operational metrics, maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and reporting to support continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of continuous learning by coordinating learning events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and communities of practice across the organization.
- Deliver data-driven, pragmatic solutions that enhance employee experience, boost efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities in line with business needs

- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Program Coordinator, Event Coordination, Office Management, Training Administration, or a similar operational role. (A master's degree is considered a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across different groups and levels. Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent activities, projects, or events while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other program coordination tools;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges, think ahead, and keep activities moving forward.
- An analytical mindset, with experience using data to support reporting and process improvement. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools are preferred.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
