We’re hiring a Mobile Developer to build and launch a brand-new cross-platform mobile application for a sophisticated US-based tax and CRM workflow automation platform.

Role Summary

As a Mobile Developer, you'll be responsible for building, and maintaining a secure, high-performance mobile application using Flutter. Working as part of our engineering team, you'll transform existing backend workflows into an intuitive mobile experience while managing application releases across both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

You'll play a key role in establishing our mobile development standards, deployment processes, and ongoing application support while collaborating closely with backend engineers and US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate mobile applications with existing REST and GraphQL APIs, supporting dynamic workflows, document uploads, and complex business processes.
• Implement secure authentication and data protection using OAuth2, JWT, and secure local storage best practices.
• Manage end-to-end application deployment for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Handle certificates, provisioning profiles, keystores, app privacy requirements, and store compliance documentation.
• Resolve App Store and Google Play review feedback to ensure successful production releases.
• Establish mobile application monitoring, crash reporting, and support processes using tools such as Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Deliver regular feature enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes for production applications.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and engineering leadership to ensure seamless API integration and mobile architecture alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven expertise building production mobile applications using Flutter.
• Non-negotiable: Experience deploying, publishing, and maintaining applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience handling secure file workflows such as camera capture, document uploads, or PDF viewing.
• Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and secure mobile authentication practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with mobile CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
• Background working with FinTech, CRM, tax, or financial software platforms.
• Experience building metadata-driven forms or dynamic mobile user interfaces.
