About The Role
Join our Gaming team as an Associate Gaming Integration Specialist, where you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Gaming Integration Specialists in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers a high level of autonomy, requiring you to take ownership of your responsibilities while being supported by a team dedicated to excellence. You'll contribute to projects focused on enhancing gaming offerings across LeoVegas Group’s various brands and markets, working closely with stakeholders such as Gaming tech teams, Game Suppliers, and Commercial Gaming partners.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Documenting the games offering across the different brands and markets
- Configure game suppliers for new and existing brands/markets
- Troubleshooting and debugging game supplier's configurations
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance requests and follow up with operational issues (Rewards issues, game launch issues, etc.)
- Be able to read and understand APIs and error Logs and communicate effectively with our Game Suppliers
- Be able to investigate logs in different platforms (eg Kibana, DataDog, etc)
- Good Confluence and Jira knowledge
- Working and understanding multiple back offices both internal and external
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Essential Skills
- Ability to write technical and non-technical documentation.
- Manual testing capabilities on various devices and products.
- technical understanding of APIs, FE, and BE for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic Jira and Confluence knowledge.
- Fast learner.
NICE TO HAVES
- Great organisational skills.
- Game Supplier/Industry experience would considered as a plus
- A keen eye for detail
