We are looking for an experienced Senior Algorithmic Trading Engineer to lead the design and development of a production-grade automated trading platform.

You will build and optimize the entire trading ecosystem—from market data ingestion and processing to strategy execution, order management, and real-time monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building end-to-end algorithmic trading systems rather than only individual platform components.

You will work closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and low-latency trading infrastructure.

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance algorithmic trading systems.
• Build end-to-end automated trading infrastructure, including market data ingestion, strategy execution, and order management.
• Develop and optimize production-ready trading bots capable of autonomous trade execution.
• Design and maintain high-throughput pipelines for processing large volumes of financial market data.
• Implement robust data validation, normalization, and transformation processes to ensure data quality.
• Build scalable storage and processing solutions using modern data platform architectures.
• Design low-latency, fault-tolerant systems supporting real-time trading operations.

• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to translate trading strategies into reliable production systems.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, observability, and operational reliability.
• Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, architecture documentation, and code quality.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building automated trading systems.
• Proven experience developing production-grade algorithmic trading platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Market data ingestion

• Automated trade execution
• Trading bots
• Experience processing high-volume financial market data with scalable ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Strong understanding of:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture design, testing, performance optimization, and code quality.
