This individual will be instrumental in driving the technical evolution of our platform, which spans multiple verticals requiring sophisticated technological solutions.
Role Overview:
As the CTO/Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the technology strategy for Premium Screenplay. You will lead the development of our platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and technologically forward-thinking. This role demands a deep expertise in software engineering, UX/UI design, and a strong background in Blockchain development and smart contracts. You will be responsible for building and implementing the technical infrastructure that supports our diverse range of verticals, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with our vision and business objectives.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of platform development, from concept to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and shape product features, user experience, and technology integrations across multiple verticals.
- Lead the design and implementation of a world-class user interface that maximizes user engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive the integration of Blockchain technologies and smart contracts, ensuring secure, innovative solutions across our platform.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our platform competitive and cutting-edge.
- Take an active, hands-on role in coding and problem-solving, particularly in the initial phases.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in software engineering, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Proven expertise in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that highlights successful projects.
- Mandatory experience with Blockchain development and smart contracts, with a track record of relevant projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creating user-centric solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a passion for driving innovation.
