Job Description


Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Flight Test Engineers to join our on‑site teams in airbus projects in Germany.

📍 Locations include Manching, Donauwörth, Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and execute avionics ground and flight tests, including test programs and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze on‑aircraft test data, reporting results and deviations.
  • Support the development and optimization of test data analysis tools.
  • Collaborate closely with design, development and test teams across Airbus Defence and Space.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
  • Experience with FPGA development and design tools (any tech background is welcome!)
  • English B2+ / German knowledge is a strong plus
  • Motivation to grow in flight test instrumentation and safety‑critical environments
