Job Description:
As a YouTube Content Manager and Strategist, your role will be to build the brand presence of AdmissionSight’s YouTube channel by strategizing and researching interesting, engaging content in the admissions space. In addition, you will manage our team of video editors and graphic designers to build our YouTube presence.

Key Responsibilities:
· Strategize and research keyword driven and trending content for YouTube channel
· Create and manage content pipeline for video rollouts every quarter
· Manage small team of video editors and designers on back and forth review process
· Review videos of designers to ensure high quality work, including subtitles, B-roll, audio, graphics, video
· Manage back and forth review process to ensure the highest quality videos are shipped to production on YouTube Channel
· Write ad copy such as title, description, metatags, hashtags, add endscreens, and other tasks related to optimizing media on YouTube.
· Ship videos to production on YouTube to build YouTube Channel
· Constantly monitor and track YouTube engagement metrics to increase subscriber count and likes
· Experience with software such as Ahrefs, Google Trends, YouTube, Slack, Google Drive a plus
· 100% remote work
