Website Modification Specialist

This role is responsible for providing on-demand website modifications and resolving website concerns through direct client interaction via phone, email, and established intake channels, while maintaining company service level standards. Work requires the ability to diagnose and resolve design and technical issues in real time while delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains existing websites for clients via phone and email, applying independent design judgment and industry best practices to deliver accurate, visually sound modifications that meet client expectations.
• Troubleshoots and resolves website concerns in real time, utilizing available resources and sound judgment to identify and implement solutions while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Responds to inquiries received through established intake channels, providing timely and professional assistance to clients and internal partners.
• Completes all assigned tasks accurately and within established turnaround time standards, maintaining a high quality of work and professional output across all website modifications.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required by management based on the needs of the business.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
• Requires 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Industry knowledge, with a intermediate understanding of common web technologies (HTML, CSS, and Javascript), best practices for website design, and modern SEO/AIO.
• Intermediate knowledge of best practices for user experience and graphic design, with the ability to interpret and implement design instructions and apply independent design judgment.
• Ability to effectively utilize industry-related systems and tools including Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop, website editors, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, VoIP/contact center systems, and IDEs.

• Problem-solving and research skills with the ability to assess and resolve website concerns in real time, adapting quickly to changes in client needs or technology.
• Oral and written communication skills with the ability to correspond professionally, applying strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills to all written output.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal partners, and teams across the organization.
• Customer service skills with the ability to maintain composure, take ownership of client concerns, and work through ambiguous technical issues in a live, client-facing environment.
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and within established turnaround time standards, taking accountability and ownership of assigned work.
