TLDR of the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced content creator who can drive our feeds forward by delivering consistent, thought-out content that delivers real value to our target audience. You should be able to rally our audience and build up a vibrant community of health-conscious consumers and pet parents. Someone who brings enthusiasm to the role and has a passion for pets or nutrition is a big edge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Content Creation: Leading the entire creative process in ideation, planning, logistics and final production of thoughtfully curated and created content. Building a pipeline of resonating and valuable content both via outsourced actors/experts and individually on a day to day basis.
• Community Building: Nurture and grow our community of pet parents through proactive communication, engagement and discussion.
• Social Management: Ensuring a streamlined brand image across all of our brand assets and day to day management of content calendars, scheduling and posting.
• Market Research: Its important to stay on top of latest trends in social, so market research is crucial in trying to be one-step ahead of what’s coming next in the world of social.

What You Bring To The Table:

• 5+ Years of Social Experience: A true all-rounder that understands Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and other social channels is a must.
• Technical Expertise: Comfortable working with software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools to quickly and effectively turn footage into content.
• Portfolio of Engaging Content: A showcase or reel of content you’ve previously created that you are proud of.
• Comfortable on Camera: You’re not afraid of stepping in and creating your own individual content for the brand.
• True Creative: A real passion for coming up with new ideas and not being afraid to put it to the test.
• Excellent Communicator & Analyst: Know how to resonate with your audience and know how to figure out what’s working and what is not.
